New user accounts on Eurobase Portal

To create a new Eurobase Support Portal account

 

Existing users should log a Service Request ticket to ask Eurobase to create a new user. Please include

  1. Mandatory information
    1. Their name
    2. Their email address
    3. Whether you wish the new user to be able to see all tickets within your company or only their own
  2. Optional information
    1. Contact telephone number
    2. Role description


We do not have a direct user Registration function on the portal to ensure that only those with explicit approval from our existing trusted client contacts are given accounts and/or access to client ticket information.
